PlayOJO welcome offer: the terms, line by line
These are the lines PlayOJO prints under its casino welcome package. Notes beside the lines explain the policies for you.
Your first deposit of at least £10 is required.
50 spins at 10p is £5 of spins.
Free spins can be used on one game only.
Players in England, Scotland and Wales only.
Irregular play is defined by PlayOJO as trying to withdraw before you have risked your deposit. The next two sections explain.
You can choose between 50 free spins or 500 bingo tickets, but not both.
How much you really have to bet at PlayOJO
Your deposit is the part you have to play.

From 19 January 2026, UK casinos are not permitted to apply wagering requirements of more than 10x the bonus. PlayOJO asks nothing of the spin winnings, however its policy states you must risk your deposit before you can withdraw the spin winnings.
You can stake your £10 deposit on any game before you ask for the spin winnings. PlayOJO's policy does not state how much play counts as risking it, so staking the full £10 once is the safest bet.
Where PlayOJO writes down its no-wagering rule
PlayOJO's no-wagering promise is basically a portion of their Rewards and Game Play Policy that covers all their offers. Two other parts of the same policy cover deposit requirements.

We believe in Fair Play/Non Irregular Play, hence there are no wagering requirements on any of our rewards or offers.
... If you receive a bonus, free spins and/or Golden Chips, you must have made a prior deposit and risked your own money to be eligible to withdraw funds related to the bonus/free spins/Golden Chips.
... should you attempt to withdraw following receiving a bonus, free spins or Golden Chips without risking the deposit made to receive the bonus/free spins/Golden Chips, the bonus you received will be forfeited.

PlayOJO withdrawal times, and what it charges
PlayOJO says they aim to process withdrawal requests in a few hours, and 95% are processed in less than an hour. Big wins of £5,000 or more can take longer to process due to checks.

Good to know:
- No minimum withdrawal requirement is stated in the general terms
- No fees on card and e-wallet withdrawals
- Your withdrawals will be sent back the way you deposited.
- Less than £5, PlayOJO may pay you by cheque

Speeds as PlayOJO words them on its payment pages. It publishes no exact times for cards.

The PlayOJO catches worth knowing before you sign up

- A 60x clause still on file
PlayBooster rewards have a 60x playthrough requirement unless otherwise stated (point 24) in an offer. We were not able to find any PlayBooster offers on PlayOJO’s public pages.
- £5 a month when inactive
After 12 months of account inactivity, PlayOJO may charge a £5 monthly fee. They try to pay the account balance first before processing the fee.
- OJOplus expires
Any money that has not been redeemed is removed after 180 days of account inactivity.
- £20 PayPal minimum
The general terms state that there is no minimum withdrawal. However, PlayOJO's PayPal page states that a withdrawal needs to be at least £20.
- Northern Ireland
There is no first deposit bonus, according to player policy point 19.
Two clauses in your favour
- Wager-free across the board. There is no wagering requirement whatsoever, and all offers, rewards, and spins are wager-free.
- Claimed rewards stay put. Once a reward is claimed, it will not be impacted if a promotion is subsequently cancelled.

Our PlayOJO review verdict
wagering
PlayOJO is actually 100% wager-free and spin winnings are indeed cash. All offers, rewards, and spins are wager-free. The deposit rule is the only fine print. Therefore, you should stake your £10 before cashing out. PlayBooster, which has a 60x requirement, is also mentioned in the policies, and we did not find such an offer.
In your favour
- There is no wagering on any PlayOJO rewards.
- Money back on all games with OJOplus
- There are no fees on card or wallet withdrawals
- Most withdrawals are processed within minutes
Against
- Spin winnings can only be cashed out if the deposit is risked first
- One game: Big Bass Bonanza
- £5 a month after 12 months of inactivity
- Not available in Northern Ireland.
